Withdrawal Status Explained

A withdrawal will transition through different statuses prior to being released from Axi. Kindly find below the outlines for each status.

Status

Information

Account Verification Pending

Your request has been received however we first need to verify the ownership of your destination account. In another word, the Bank Account is pending verification.

Requested/Pending Review

Your request has been received and one of our team will review the details of the withdrawal.

Payment being Reviewed

A team member has your payment under review.

Queued for Processing

Your request has passed the review stage and is now queued with other client payments being released via the same payment method.

Payment sent to be processed by Provider

Your payment has been successfully sent via our bank or payment processor. You will receive an email with further information regarding the payment.

Additional Information
