Withdrawal Status Explained

A withdrawal will transition through different statuses prior to being released from Axi.

The below table outlines each status.

Status

Information

Bank Account Verification Pending

Your request has been received however we first need to verify the ownership of your destination account.

Please be aware that Axi can only release funds to an account in the same name as the trading account.

Pending Review

Your request has been received and one of our team will review the details of the withdrawal.

Queued for Processing

Your request has passed the review stage and now queued with other client payments being released via the same payment method.

Processing

A team member has your payment and processing this via the withdrawal method.

Disbursed

Your payment has been successfully sent via our bank or payment processor. You will receive an email with further information regarding the payment.
