How can I close my account?

Before closing your account, you first need to remove the remaining balance of the funds that are on this account. To transfer the fund out of your account, please login to your Client Portal https://clientportal.axi.com/

If the account balance is negative, you will first need to cover this negative balance before making your request. Note that there is no maintenance fees to keep an account open.

Once the balance is zero you will need to send an email to service@axi.com confirming your account number and a written request for it to be closed. (ex: Please close my account 4122222).

Note that this request has to be made from your registered email address, that is directly linked to your MT4 account.
