I forgot my password – what do I do?

To reset the password on a Live account, go to the Axi homepage and hover over the Client Login. The Reset MT4 Password option will appear from the dropdown menu. To change your password, you will need to enter your MT4 login and the email address registered to your trading account. You will have the option to request a password reset via a PIN number sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Please note: changing your password will also change your Client Portal password.   To reset a password on a Demo account or for any other issues, please contact Client Services.
