Axi unfortunately cannot guarantee same day receipt of funds, as processing times are subject to the receiving bank processes outside of our control (International Transfers may take between 2 – 5 days)
The corresponding account we make payment to must be in the same name as your Axi account (third-party remittances are not permitted in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing law)
Axi may require additional information to prove that a beneficiary account is under your name
For International bank wire withdrawals, please note:
We can only cover fees that we see. For international bank wire transfers, your bank may charge you a receiving fee, this non-transactional fee is your responsibility, please check with your bank if you are unsure.
For all International bank wire transfers Axi will require Proof of Identity and Proof of Source of Funds before processing
