Why does Axi need to provide a Target Market Determination?
We are required to issue a Target Market Determination to comply with the Design and Distribution Obligations in Pt 7.8A of the Corporations Act.
The Design and Distribution Obligations were introduced to help consumers obtain the products that meet their objectives, financial situation and needs and ensuring issuers approach the design and distribution of financial products in a customer-centric manner.
